Step 1

Wash the inside of your nose with a cotton bud moistened with water.

Step 2

Find a bright area with a mirror, preferably a magnifying makeup mirror.

Step 3

Insert the nose hair clipper or scissors into your nose and trim excess hair. When using an electric clipper be careful not to insert the trimmer too far into your nasal cavity. When trimming nose hair a good rule of thumb is to only remove the amount of hair that is visible.

Step 5

Remove your nose hair clipper or scissors and clean them for the next use.
